Growth StudioNew

Take your next big idea off the whiteboard and into the world.

Some ideas do not have a playbook yet. A proposition nobody has tested. A market nobody has opened up. A product that does not exist because nobody has needed it until now. That is where Growth Studio comes in.

Why it matters

We take ideas from half-formed to commercially ready.

We test the proposition, find the audience, build what is needed and work out how to take it to market.

  • Not innovation theatre.
  • Not a strategy deck that sits untouched.
  • Something real, tested and built to grow.

Where we come in

When you would come to us.

Most problems have a proven route forward. Some do not.

Opportunity

You might have spotted an opportunity but need to know whether the market is really there.

Proposition

You might have a strong proposition that needs shaping, validating and launching.

Next stage

Or you might know that the next stage of growth will not come from doing more of what you already do.

That is the work we take on here. The uncertain bit before the campaign. Before the product has a roadmap. Before anyone knows for certain whether there is a business in the idea at all.

We help you find out, then build what comes next.

The work

What we do.

  1. 01

    Proposition

Before anything gets built, it has to be worth building. We pressure-test the idea, identify who it is really for and shape a proposition people have a reason to choose.

  2. 02

    Product

We do not hand over a strategy deck and wish you luck. When the thing needs building, we bring together the people needed to design, develop and launch it.

  3. 03

    Route to market

A good product nobody can find is still a bad business. We work out how it reaches the right people, then put that plan into motion.

  4. 04

    Validation

Start small. Learn quickly. We test before we scale, so you can find out what works while it is still cheap to be wrong.

We work across every stage of developing and launching something new, including:

  • Proposition development and testing
  • Market and audience validation
  • Product design and build
  • MVP development and launch
  • Positioning and branding for new ventures
  • Go-to-market strategy
  • New market entry
  • Commercial and partnership models

Our products

We build our own.

Plenty of agencies advise businesses on new propositions. Fewer have taken their own ideas from an unsolved problem to a working product in the market. We have.

Pruuv and swoppa are not side projects. They are proof of how Growth Studio works: identify a real problem, challenge the obvious answer, build the product and create a commercial model around it.

The problem

Pruuv began with an attribution problem the existing platforms could not solve: marketing teams could see clicks and leads, but not clearly which activity was generating sales and revenue.

What we built

So we built the answer. Pruuv connects CRM data with advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, tracking leads through the full sales funnel. It brings marketing and sales data into one clear view.

It helps businesses

  • Compare spend with leads, approvals, sales and revenue
  • Identify their most profitable marketing channels
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance
  • Set goals across channels, teams and employees
  • Automate reporting and performance alerts
  • Access live business data across desktop, mobile and office salesboards

The resultPruuv turned an attribution gap into a product that gives decision-makers a clearer view of performance and holds every channel, team and agency accountable to revenue.

That is Growth Studio in practice. A genuine customer problem. A product built around it. A commercial model designed to make it work.

Hands-on, from day one.

We build it with you, not just for you.

New ideas don’t come with a manual, so we don’t work from one. Our team gets in the room with yours from the very first whiteboard session, learning what you’re really trying to build, who it’s for and what success looks like when it lands.

Then we roll our sleeves up. Workshops, prototypes, tests, launch plans. We’re not advisers watching from the side. We’re right there building it with you.

And when things move (in early-stage work, they move fast), you know about it. A test surprises us, an assumption doesn’t hold up or a quicker route to market appears? You hear it from us that day, with a clear view on what to do next.

It’s your idea. We treat it like ours.

Investing in your growth.

We love new clients, new problems and new markets. But when there is no playbook, the relationship matters even more.

We get to know the business properly: where you want to go, what is standing in the way and what it will take to make the idea work. Early-stage projects need open conversations, quick decisions and honesty from the start.

If we do not think an idea holds up, we will tell you while it is still cheap to hear. If it does, we will help you prove it and build it.

FAQs

Growth Studio questions, clearly answered.

Still wondering about something? Ask us directly or see the general FAQs.

Our Growth Studio helps take a new idea from an early opportunity to something you can test, build and take to market. That can include audience research, proposition development, product design, validation and launch planning.

You don’t need a finished brief. That’s the beauty of our Growth Studio.

Bring us a customer problem, a possible new market or a proposition you haven’t tested yet. We’ll help define the opportunity and decide which assumptions need proving before you invest further.

Yes. Growth Studio brings together the strategy, design and development needed to shape and build a product, then plans how it reaches the right audience. We agree on the scope around the idea and what early testing tells us.

Growth Studio starts with who the idea is for, what problem it solves and why someone would choose it. We test the most important assumptions with an appropriately sized first version, then use the feedback to decide what to change, build or launch next.

Yes. Growth Studio’s approach is reflected in Pruuv, which connects marketing activity with sales and revenue data, and swoppa, which helps drivers understand when they might be in a position to change their car. Both grew from a customer problem that needed more than a conventional campaign.
